How can I be sure the color and design match what I see online?
We shoot high-resolution photos and, on request, can share short videos in natural light. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, but we do our best to represent colors accurately.

Unused, unstitched sarees can typically be exchanged or returned within a limited window after delivery (excluding custom-stitched or made-to-order pieces). Contact us within the stated period; we’ll guide you through the process. International returns follow the same policy but shipping is borne by the customer.

How do I care for my Kanchipuram silk saree?
Dry clean only. Store the saree folded with the zari inwards, wrapped in a breathable cotton/muslin bag. Refold every few months to avoid permanent creases and keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
