1. Eligibility

Refunds are only available if the item is received in a damaged condition.

Once the parcel is accepted by the customer (even if later deemed unfit), the refund policy no longer applies.


2. Refund Process

If you receive a damaged item, please:

Contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide photos and Video showing the damage, the packaging, and item condition.

Upon verification, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds for:

  • Items accepted in good condition.
  • Change of mind, fit, or color choice.
  • Damage after delivery due to misuse or wear.
